Apartment in a historic building, 2-room, surrounded by classic Norderney houses. The apartment features a separate bedroom and two additional sleeping spots (fold-out beds) in the living room. The well-laid-out living space, with an open-concept kitchen, is fully equipped and furnished. It’s about 150 meters to the north beach, and Norderney’s downtown begins right at the front door.

Rental rates are based on 2 people. The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people. A second full-size Smartbed / fold-out bed is located in the living room. For the third and fourth guests, an additional €20 per person per night is added to the rental price. Pets and special cleaning: €40.
