Eine super Wohnung in einem tollen Haus, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein Sonnenschirm für jede der beiden oberen Wohnungen wäre gut. Im Moment hat nur eine der Terrassen einen. Und die Schiebetür zur Terrasse der "kleinen Schwester" müsste dringend instand gesetzt werden (ist aber wohl schon gemeldet). Ansonsten alles perfekt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Bäckerei, Lebensmittelmarkt und Fahrradverleih liegen um die Ecke. Kurzer Weg zum innersten Bereich des Zentrums. Nachts ist es ruhig. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Bettdecken waren zu warm. Vielleicht lag es auch daran, dass wir in der bisher heißesten Woche des Jahres dort waren. Im Hochsommer wären evtl. dünnere Decken angenehmer.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Stadt, wenige Schritte zu sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Top-Restaurants, Bushaltestellen und nur wenige hundert Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Highlight dieser wunderschönen, sauberen, geschmackvollen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung ist die Dachterrasse mit einer komplett zu öffnenden Glasfront, von der aus man die Sonne, den Blick über die Dächer von Norderney und aufs Riesenrad genießen kann. Service/Kommunikation ist sehr gut und prompt, bei der Schlüsselübergabe leider etwas schleppend. Alles bestens. Gerne wieder.
