Welcome to the charming "Bude 3" apartment at Villa Fresena on Norderney, located on Friedrichstraße. This inviting accommodation not only stands out for its perfect location right near the beach, the Milchbar, and the lively downtown area, but also offers a cozy atmosphere and modern amenities for a relaxing stay.

The apartment features a combined living room and bedroom, furnished with a comfortable 160x200 cm box-spring bed. The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (2 burners), coffee maker, and a Nespresso capsule machine to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The sitting area, consisting of two armchairs and a TV, is perfect for cozy evenings.

Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on the small terrace facing northeast.

The apartment accommodates 1–2 people and is dog-friendly, so your faithful companion can be part of the island adventure too.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a small fee.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort. An diese Unterkunft gab es für uns nichts auszusetzen. Sehr gute Lage, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt (2 Personen > 5 Tage evtl. zu wenig Stauraum). Es war wirklich sehr schön :-)

Wir waren bereits zweimal in der Villa Fresena und sind so begeistert und zufrieden, dass wir unseren dritten Besuch bereits geplant haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern ist super unkompliziert und stets freundlich. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber! Ein Aufenthalt ist defintiv zu empfehlen.
