Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht richtig ab. Ansonsten für eine Person vollkommen ausreichend, bei zwei Personen wird es eng.

Die Dusche Ist nicht gut. Der Boden nach dem duschen war ganz nass, sodass man sehr lange nicht zur Toilette gehen konnte. Der Wert der Wohnung ist viel zu hoch angesetzt.

Die Einrichtung ist schön und perfekt zweckmäßig gestaltet. Das Bad ist sehr schmal. Da wir uns nicht viel in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben, war die Göße völlig ausreichend. Bei warmem Wetter konnten wir allerdings nur bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Da die Wohnung nahe an der Fußgängerzone liegt, war aber leider nachts regelmäßig ein gewisser Lärmpegel vorhanden. Schräg gegenüber sind auch die Schule und ein Altglascontainer. Ein Vorteil des Standorts ist, dass man zu Fuß problemlos seine Einkäufe erledigen kann und sofort im Zentrum ist. Auch zum Nordstrand kommt man schnell zu Fuß.
