The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed and guarantees restful nights. Two flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and an iron with an ironing board in the hallway provide practical amenities that make long stays enjoyable.

A real highlight is the balcony: Here you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in peace in the morning or relax and let the island evening wind down—your private outdoor space where you can soak up the sun.

Whether with a private entrance, a balcony, or a two-story maisonette layout: Everyone will find their perfect vacation home here. Sizes range from approximately 30 m² to 46 m², ideal for couples and families.

All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and coffee maker. High-quality box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, while cozy spring-core sleeper sofas offer additional space for relaxing or sleeping over. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as Wi-Fi and at least one flat-screen TV, are, of course, included.

The building also offers a shared washing machine, dryer, and ironing set for your use. We’ve even thought of the little ones: A crib is available upon request. Dogs are also welcome in some apartments—please just ask in advance.
