The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a coffee maker, and a Nespresso capsule machine. Here you can cook to your heart’s content and treat yourself to culinary delights.<br><br>The bedroom features a comfortable bed (160x200 cm) that ensures restful nights. The bathroom has a modern design and is equipped with all the necessary amenities.<br><br>The small seating area facing Schmiedestraße is particularly charming. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, watch the hustle and bustle of the street, and soak up the atmosphere.
