NEW! Frisian house with a sauna near Norddeich

This stylish Frisian-style house with a sauna was built in 2005. It features 4 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 8 people plus a toddler—a crib is provided. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor and has an adjoining large bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms (1 with a flat-screen TV) are located on the upper floor, as is a spacious bathroom with a sauna. A small play area has also been set up on the upper floor. The first floor also features a guest restroom and a large living room with an adjoining kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, a pod-style coffee maker, a coffee machine, a kettle, and plenty of dishes. The house offers free Wi-Fi. The utility room has a washer and dryer. The covered terrace is accessible from the living room. The garden is fully fenced and features an original Norden-Norddeich beach chair, as well as a grill and a seating area consisting of a table and chairs. The garden area is fenced, and pets (up to two dogs weighing up to 15 kg) are welcome upon prior registration (for a fee). Bed linens and towels can be booked separately. The visitor’s tax must be paid separately before arrival. We look forward to your reservation. Our well-maintained vacation home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Norden, near Norddeich. A good bakery and butcher shop are about 350 meters away. The Goode Wind restaurant is about 500 meters away. Several large discount stores and other shops are easily accessible by bike or car, just about one km away. The beach is easily reached via the Kolkpadd bike and hiking trail, about 2.5 km away. The Ocean Wave water park is about 2,000 meters away. Other coastal towns are easily accessible via the coastal road, and a visit to Greetsiel—perhaps as a bike ride along the dike—is well worth it.
