Haus Siegerland

Kühlschrank muss erneuert werden (Thermostat und Tür Eisfach defekt) an der Kaffeemaschine ist der Griff und Deckel der Kanne schon mindestens 4 Jahre defekt.

Gute und zentrale Unterkunft

- Das Haus ist funktional aufgebaut. - Es ist sehr hellhörig und es gibt keine Abtrennung zwischen dem Erdgeschoss und der Treppe nach oben. - Achtung: Die Mülltonnen werden nachts geleert!! - Einen Schlüssel für das Gartentor gab es nicht automatisch, somit mussten wir alle Sachen (Kinderwagen etc.) deüberheben. - Es gab keinerlei Information, wann die Mülltonnen (von einer externen Firma) herausgebracht werden. - Der Abstand zwischen dem Weg für die Mülltonen und dem Auto ist sehr knapp.

Bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gut da genügend Platz vorhanden. Schöner Garten. Sehr ruhige und angenehme Wohngegend. Bäcker, Tankstelle, Netto in näherer Umgebung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lag

Das Haus Siegerland ist eine Ferienwohnung in einer Doppelhaushälfte mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt, eine ruhige Wohnsiedlung , Bäcker, Geschäfte, Seehundstation und Strand alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus selber ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Für die schöne Terrasse war es leider noch zu kühl, aber wir kommen gerne nochmal im Sommer wieder. Der Service vor Ort war auch wieder sehr gut.

Weihnachten Sylvester 24/25

Wir hatten einen erholsamen und ruhigen Aufenthalt und haben uns zum 2.Mal dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und warm. Es hat alles was man braucht. Schade das das Wetter die Jahreswendepartys zur wiederholten Absage gebracht hat.

Große, familiengerechte Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war geräumig, sehr hell und sauber. Die Terrasse war direkt am Wohnzimmer und erweiterte bei schönem Wetter den Wohnbereich. Im Garten war eine Rutsche und eine Schaukel. Die hat unsere Tochter gern genutzt. Die Schlafräume uns das Bad waren im Obergeschoss. Die räumliche Trennung der "Ruheräume" war für uns genau richtig.

Kein Haus für schlechtes Wetter

Wir hatten sehr durchwachsenes Wetter. Bei Regen und Wind geht man nicht gerne raus. Da vertreibt man sich die Zeit auch mal mit einem guten Fernsehprogramm. Leider konnten wir nur ARD, ZDF und einige Regionalprogramme empfangen. Das W-Lan war auch sehr schlecht. Wenn man nur im Haus übernachtet und frühstückt dann ist das OK.
