Large, sunny, non-smoking vacation apartment spanning two floors on the 2nd and 3rd floors with an elevator. Up to 6 people can comfortably stay in the 110 m² space.

The apartment is very modern and features high-quality furnishings. It has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, on the 3rd floor). There is a bathroom with a shower on each floor. The bedrooms have laminate flooring; all other living areas are tiled and feature underfloor heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, microwave). The living room features a flat-screen TV as well as a CD player and radio.

One dog (knee-high) is allowed. There is a large furnished balcony on the 2nd floor and another smaller balcony on the 3rd floor, as well as a parking space. The apartment is also fully equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, as well as an additional TV in the bedroom.

The vacation rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbor promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
