Die Ferienwohnung war für den Preis völlig in Ordnung und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders die schöne Lage hat uns sehr gefallen.Kleine Verbesserungen wären eine Ablage in der Dusche für Shampoo & Co. sowie eine Toilettenpapierhalterung.Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Hausmeister, Herrn Freese für die schnelle Hilfe und seine außergewöhnlich freundliche Art. So engagierte und hilfsbereite Menschen machen den Aufenthalt noch schöner.

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Wer nicht viel erwartet ist hier goldrichtig.Betten also Matratzen gehen gar nicht.Sie sind sehr fleckig und eine Zumutung.Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr übersichtlich nur das Nötigste.Heisswasser und Heizung lassen zu wünschen übrig.Service und Erreichbarkeit waren prima.

Ausfall Heizung und Warmwasser

Ausfall von Warmwasser und Heizung sollte in einer Mietzeit nicht vorkommen und schon gar nicht zweimal! Vor Essenszubereitung mußten erst mal Töpfe gereinigt werden. Beim Einzug mußte erst mal ein Wasserkocher gebracht werden. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft.

Ausfall

bei Ankunft und vor Abreise Ausfall von Warmwasser und Heizung. Die Töpfe mußten wir vor Gebrauch erst mal spülen da sie dreckig waren. Bei Ankunft war auch kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Leider gab es auch keinen Zweitschlüssel.Da ich gehbehindert bin sind meine Frau und ich unterschiedlich unterwegs, weshalb ein Zweitschlüssel dringend notwendig ist.
