Welcome to the “Leuchtturm am Sandstrand” vacation rental—your perfect accommodation for an unforgettable vacation! Just 350 meters from the sea, you’ll enjoy a perfect location here. Built in 2019, this first-floor apartment offers 65 square meters of space for up to 4 people and features two cozy double bedrooms.

The dike is visible from the southwest-facing balcony.

The apartment is equipped with allergy-friendly Tarkett natural flooring and in-floor heating.

The spacious living and dining room, featuring a 49" smart TV, DVD player, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven. The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, a toilet, and even a washer-dryer.

Free parking is available at the house, and bicycles can be parked behind the house.
A changing table, a high chair, and a travel crib are provided free of charge upon request.

Duvet covers and towels can be rented for a fee—€15.00 and €5.00, respectively—or you may bring your own. The fee is paid on-site to the housekeeper. A housekeeper is available to assist you during your stay.

For the third and fourth person, there is an additional charge of €15.00 per night each.

The vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment and must be left swept clean upon departure.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement (max. 2 dogs up to 25 kg; €60.00 per stay; the fee is paid on site).

The minimum stay is 7 nights during peak season, but shorter stays are possible by arrangement.

The total rental price includes all service charges and utility costs based on usage.
