The dike and beach are only about 300 m away. You’ll feel especially at home here. The apartment, which sleeps 4, is modern and warmly furnished. It features a furnished balcony.

There are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds); each of the single beds can be fitted with a bed rail. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds. The modern bathroom, featuring a shower, heated towel rack, washing machine, and dryer, leaves nothing to be desired.

In the spacious living-dining area, you can keep boredom at bay with a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a CD and DVD player. The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster). Additional amenities: ironing board and iron. A parking space is available in front of the house.

The vacation rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Thanks to its central location, the wide sandy beach, the harbor promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
