The unit was very nice, with a modern European flair. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a family dinner, and the beds were super comfy. There was a small and private backyard where we enjoyed our morning coffee and where our kids hung out to get some space. Kevin, the property manager was very friendly and arrived at the unit promptly when he said he’d be there. He made sure we were comfortable before he left. Our unit did not have its own pool, but there was one just a few steps away, which was a nice bonus. The beach was a short walk. The only negative is that the complex still has construction going on, so it doesn’t feel “finished.” With that said, we very much enjoyed our stay and really liked the extra space!

Superb stay! Excellent location, easy to walk to beach and restaurants. Staff were amazing, very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with. The units were beautiful, nice open layout. Well stocked, very clean and provided many amenities. It was nice having a private pool lounge area too. We would definitely be staying here again.

The property manager met me on site and did a walkthrough and explained the features of the property and appliances. He had information about Aruba available. He was just a phone call away if I needed anything. The property was very clean with all up to date appliances. The privacy pool was amazing just wish it was heated so that we could utilize it more. February is their winter so after sunset the pool was cold. I will most definitely come back and book this property again.

Fantastic property! Clean, quiet and literally a 10-15 minute walk from the Ritz. The staff were kind and helpful and the townhouse was spacious, well designed and family friendly. While the area is currently under construction, it promises to be an exclusive enclave in the Aruba community. Will definitely return.

This was very clean, new, spacious and nice property. Also, very conveniently located to many areas for shopping and eating. The manager, Kevin was super kind, readily available and very helpful during the entire stay. This property aslo provided icebox, foldable chairs and lots of beach towers that became really handy during our study. Wonderful place to add joy and convenience for your get aways in Aruba.

It was AMAZING! Treated us like family, Kevin was great! We will definitely be back. I recommend for all types of travelers, the pool was great. They even came to clean it during our stay. Everything was less than 9 minutes away. They only have taxis & they accept cash only. Taxis were no more than $15, a little pricey but it’s ARUBA! BOOK IT!!!

I recently visited the Tuscany Condo, even though it’s still under construction, and was impressed. It’s exceptionally clean and spacious with great closet space. The location is fantastic, and the community is very welcoming. A special shout-out to Paula for her friendliness and helpfulness. Tuscany Condo promises to be a great place to stay!
