The Space:

- Accommodation Details:

The condo consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom provides a relaxing retreat with ample space and comfortable bedding arrangements.



- Living Spaces:

The living area is spacious and designed for relaxation, featuring flat-screen TV and high-speed free Wi-Fi, providing entertainment and connectivity. Adjacent to the living space is the dining area, which is ideal for enjoying meals together.



- Kitchen Facilities:

Aruba's Life Residences is in central Noord, a short walk from the historic St. Anna Church and Aruba Glass Ceramics.



- Palm Beach and the hotel strip (restaurants, shops, nightlife): about 5 min drive

- Eagle Beach: about 8 min drive

- Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina (snorkeling): about 10 min drive

- California Lighthouse: about 12 min drive

- Supermarkets: 3–5 min drive

- Oranjestad: about 15 min drive



A local, residential area, with resort-style facilities on site: a 65-meter lap pool, gym and beach tennis court.



Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is about 20 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals and charge fixed fares, and car rental desks are at the airport. Free parking is on site. Arubus buses stop on the main roads in Noord and connect to Palm Beach and Oranjestad, but a rental car is the easiest way to reach the beaches and explore the island.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (4), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
