THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
★ OVERVIEW ★
The condo is a part of Aricari Residences, nestled in Palm Beach a vibrant neighbourhood in Aruba known for its beautiful beach, high-rise resorts and lively atmosphere. The area is bustling with restaurants, bars, casinos, and shopping venues, making it a popular choice for tourists seeking a dynamic and lively vacation experience.

★ BEACHES ★
There are many amazing beaches well worth exploring in Aruba.

Palm Beach is a beautiful beach, with its long stretch of golden sand and crystal-clear waters. Palm Beach offers a perfect setting for sunbathing, water sports, and beachfront entertainment.

Eagle Beach is the widest beach of Aruba with more than a kilometre of pure perfection – white sands lapped by crystal clear blue waters with the iconic wind-bent divi divi (or fofoti) trees and the daily iridescent breathtaking sunsets over the water. If you`re lucky, you may even spot turtles nesting on the shore.

Despite its fame, Eagle Beach remains a tranquil sanctuary with plenty of space for everyone to sunbathe, play, or read a book. The area offers an uncrowded atmosphere, with a range of dining and water sports activities available. Eagle Beach is simply a genuine paradise for beach lovers.

Only a 5-minute drive from the villa is the picturesque Boca Catalina Beach with its pristine white sands, ideal for a day of lounging under the Caribbean sun.

Malmok Beach, renowned for its incredible snorkeling spots, is a similar distance, offering an unparalleled opportunity to explore the breathtaking underwater world.

And when you`re ready for a change of scenery, the lively Arashi Beach is just a 6-minute drive away, where you can soak up the warm tropical breeze, or take a refreshing swim.

As well as glorious sandy beaches and swimming the area provides excellent snorkeling and scuba diving opportunities. Malmok offers a tranquil and picturesque setting, perfect for those seeking a relaxing beach getaway or water sports adventure.

★ KITE SURFING ★
The north end of Palm Beach is world famous for its kite and windsurfing. Aruba`s constant trade winds, extensive shallows and challenging wave conditions make Aruba a surfer’s paradise.

Surfing over the flat-water locations while watching the beautiful Aruban coastline at sunset will melt all your stress away.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you`ll find a suitable location and tuition for windsurfing and kitesurfing in Aruba. The constant 15-knot trade winds, along with the variety of flat-water locations and challenging wave conditions, have made Aruba one of the most popular spots on earth for windsurfers and kitesurfers.

★ ENTERTAINMENT ★
Its premium location puts you just a few minutes from the famous and “happening” Palm Beach and the indulgences of the high-rise hotel area while offering easy access to an eclectic mix of shopping, dining, entertainment, gaming, and exciting nightlife.

In addition, Aricari is just minutes away from a wide variety of ocean activities, water sports, golfing, spas, beach bars, casinos, the new IMAX Gloria movie theatre, and food court, the hospital, the Super Food supermarket, Beach Tennis Aruba, the tranquil low-rise resort area with its pristine beaches and of course all the other amazing beaches dotted along the coast all ideal for watching the daily theater of sunset.
