Clean, quiet location

The property was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It would've been a perfect 5 star review, if not for the lack of communication with the host. Usually, you get an email with information before check in, they said they tried to call. If you're traveling usually you're not accessible with phonecalls. We had to borrow a cp to get to the host, no answer. Took us more than an hour to get access. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Owner was on site doing errands so was able to inquire about laundry services. this rental is not a hotel so we had to do our own laundry which there was a washer and dryer on site for our use. Pool was great after a long day at the beach. my family walked to eagle beach about a 30 minute walk straight and to the left of superfoods grocery stores not far at all. we took a taxi to palm beach since it was further away. the place and neighborhood was lovely we had a good time.
