The Space:

Imagine waking up in Aruba to warm sunlight filtering through palm trees and stepping outside into your private backyard where the pool sparkles just steps away. The backyard is a lush retreat, framed by greenery and soft views of the hotel area, with inviting sun loungers and a shaded lounge area to unwind under. A dinner table overlooks the pool so you can savor evening meals as the sky changes color, while the BBQ grill stands ready for casual cookouts. By night the rooftop terrace becomes your peaceful lookout.



Inside this home three bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second also has a king-size bed, a smart TV, and its own bathroom boasting a generous walk-in shower and double sinks. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin bed. In addition, there is a full bathroom with a shower inside and a separate half bath by the pool for guest convenience.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, while the adjoining living room offers a relaxing space to gather and leads directly out into the backyard. When it’s time to dine inside, there’s a spacious dining table. For practical comfort there is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer so you don’t have to overpack.



You are just a five-minute drive from both Eagle Beach, known for its powdery sand and crystal-clear waters, and the lively Palm Beach area. Whether you spend your days soaking up sun by the pool or exploring Aruba’s beautiful beaches, this home offers both serenity and convenience.

The Neighborhood:

Boegoeroei is a quiet residential area in Noord, just inland from Palm Beach.



- Palm Beach and the hotel strip (restaurants, shops, nightlife): about 4 min drive

- Eagle Beach: about 5 min drive

- Supermarkets: 3–5 min drive

- Arashi Beach and California Lighthouse: about 10 min drive

- Oranjestad: about 10 min drive



Close to the action, but quiet enough to enjoy your stay in peace.



Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is 15–20 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals, and car rental desks are at the airport. A rental car is recommended; Arubus buses run along the main roads to Palm Beach and Oranjestad.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
