We had the best vacation! The house was amazing and perfect for our family. It was very clean and the AC worked great! Our host/property manager were very responsive. We really didn’t have any issues except that our daughter accidentally locked herself out of her room, but the property manager was there very quickly to help unlock the door. Our absolute favorite part was the pool and outdoor area. The covered area with a table was so lovely in the morning when drinking coffee. Everyone enjoyed lounging in the hammock and swimming after a day at the beach before heading out to dinner. The location was great as well. Very close to markets and easy to get to our favorite spots such as Tres Trapi and Arashi beach. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Palm Beach, but I would recommend a rental car. Highly recommend!!

This is the first time in over 15 years of using VRBO that I'm not leaving a favorable review. It all centered around communication. Our host was out of the country and let us know who would be substituting for her prior to our trip.No one was there to check us in and I had no contact information & had to reach out to VRBO. We were not checked in until over 2 hours after our check in time because the house was also not ready. The sub was at one of his properties checking someone in instead of us and no one told us there was a change. We were left with a set of keys and told he didn't know what they were and connected with my husband on What's App. The next day we were trying to leave using the front door keypad and it unexpectedly locked and we were locked out while my husband's phone was inside. The operation of the keypad was different than others we used and then were told that the keychain had a tap key for the keypad which made it much easier to use. The hot water heater pilot kept going out and we didn't have hot water or showers about every other day. They relit it and didn't call a plumber until the end of our stay and there was a week wait. Communication was constantly a challenge. They responded in their own time.The property was clean and nice, but only 4 sets of dishes/glasses etc for a place that sleeps 8 and no dishwasher. The time spent trying to constantly reach out about problems cut into our vacation time and enjoyment.

This place was amazing. The layout of the home is very nice. It is very clean and the host was so quick to respond, even with the smallest questions. I would highly recommend. We stayed for a month, so the only thing that would have helped us would be a vacuum of some sort, even if it is just a little dust buster type. If we were only there for a week, this would not be needed. We would stay here again and highly recommend

The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was located in the ideal neighborhood (for us and we rented a car) that was away from the busier parts of the island. It’s a quick drive to the beach and high rise area. It’s very close to a market and cafe. The pool was amazing and everything was so clean.

Perfect family vacation home!

This listing is a perfect fit for anyone looking for a gorgeous and super clean vacation home close to beaches and restaurants. This home and amazing outdoor space is even more beautiful than pictures can show. We took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and outdoor cooking space for peaceful and beautiful morning coffee and fun evening dinners at the spacious dining area by the pool. Oranjestad was a quick 15 minute drive and so close (5 minutes drive) to beautiful Arashi Beach! The outdoor shower is perfect to enjoy washing off the day! Having a washer and dryer was a must-have in order for us to be able to pack light and both appeared to be brand new. Our VRBO manager, Vielka was amazing. There was an issue with one of the AC units and she had it repaired within the day. She responds right away and gave us some fantastic restaurant suggestions. We would definitely love to enjoy this home again!
