Apartment in a country villa with a traditional DOP vinegar cellar

The accommodations are an apartment located inside a country villa surrounded by greenery. Situated on the second and top floor of the building, it has a separate entrance from the main house and is part of a two-unit condominium complex, accessible only by stairs.

The apartment is a one-minute walk from the bus stop, 18 km from Modena, and 32 km from Bologna’s Marconi Airport. Cozy, comfortable, and furnished in a contemporary style, it is brand-new. The villa’s spacious garden is designed to let you fully enjoy the surrounding greenery. You’ll love it!

The property is entirely non-smoking and offers:
- A spacious bedroom with a double bed featuring a memory foam mattress, nightstands, a dresser, a six-door mirrored wardrobe, and a split-system air conditioner with a heat pump.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet, and a nightstand.
- A bathroom with a spacious shower stall, an LED-lit mirror, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.
- A laundry area adjacent to the bathroom with a large sink, washing machine, and drying rack.
- A living room of over 20 square meters, very bright and cozy, with a kitchenette. Equipped with a TV featuring a Fire Stick to access Netflix or Prime Video with your account, a double sofa bed, Wi-Fi available throughout the house, storage spaces for guests, and a split-system air conditioner with a heat pump.
- A fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, range hood, kettle, fridge/freezer, spacious pantry, and a basic set of pots, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. The table is extendable and seats up to 6–8 people.
- We offer coffee from a Nespresso machine, as well as tea, herbal teas, and water.
- Self-check-in and self-check-out are available (we’ll explain everything when you book—it’s very simple!). However, we’ll be happy to welcome you in person whenever possible.
- The entire apartment is fully insulated and features a smart thermostat.

The villa features a spacious garden. You can enjoy the greenery in the area in front of the apartment entrance, where, under the shade of a large pine tree, we’ve set up a space equipped for dining, relaxing, or reading a book.

The villa is also home to our family vinegar cellar, where we have been producing traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO for over 40 years. We would be delighted to take you on a guided tour of the vinegar cellar or arrange a tasting for you.

One parking space is available on the property, which is fully fenced and equipped with an automatic gate.
