Welcome to your private waterfront getaway! From your suite, you’ll enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Legacy Bike Trail and may even spot dolphins and manatees right out front throughout the day.

Your suite is a completely private room and building (approximately 400sq ft) accessible through a privacy gate on the main property.

Whether you’re looking for adventure on the water, a peaceful place to unwind, or a bit of both—this is the perfect spot for your coastal escape.
The space
Water front private guest studio/suite

•A kitchen area with stovetop (no oven), full-size fridge, microwave, sink, dining table for two, and plenty of appliances and utensils.
•Cozy queen bed and comfortable seating area.
•Private bathroom with shower.
•Your own screened lanai with outdoor seating to relax and take in the view.

During your stay, you’re welcome to enjoy:
•Complimentary kayaks, blow up paddle boards and pedal bikes (available upon request).
•Fishing poles (you may fish right outfront) beach chairs, and other beach essentials.

The property was very well stocked, had a bowl for our dog an very clean! It was the petfect place for our visit with local family. The "Florida Room" was lovely and the view was excellent. Very peaceful location.

This place is a lovely gem! It is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you can imagine-- the hosts have made sure you have what you need for all kinds of relaxation or adventure. For runners and bikers, this is a perfect location next to the Legacy Trail-- we thoroughly enjoyed biking during our stay. We also saw dolphins everyday from the porch! Truly wonderful.
