We were super surprised when we rented this with 7 of us. The pictures showed how nice it is but the house had so much more than we expected. Master bedroom is huge and bathroom amazing. It had alot of upgrades and the kitchen was so nice. We really loved the stay and everyone was very comfortable.

Wonderful house located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a pool and hot tub, quiet neighborhood with an electric gate to the house. House was exactly as described. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Only negative if any was having to call the host to turn the hot tub on for 2 hrs everyday. Might be easier for the host to charge a fee for hot tub use and leave it on so you don’t have to schedule your hot tub use time. Other than the stated above, everything was wonderful with the home, would definitely stay again.

Wow-what a place!! Convenient to everything Nokomis, Venice and Sarasota. Pool was lovely and the rooms were well appointed. Big beautiful kitchen. The master suite is stunning. We VRBO a lot and this is at the top of our list. Owner is very good at responses and that is so important on vacation. If there were ten stars they would get a 10!

Beautiful house

The house was very comfortable and clean. Beautifully decorated. Updated beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Just one thing if you’re looking for three bathrooms, the third bathroom is outside. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The host canceled our reservation only 5 hours before check-in because they assumed we were planning a graduation party with teenagers, which was completely unfair and never properly discussed beforehand.My entire family traveled from New York, Alabama, and Miami to spend the weekend together, and this last-minute cancellation ruined our plans completely. We were left stressed, scrambling to find another place at the last minute, after spending time and money organizing this family trip.What made the situation even worse was the phone call with the host. They would not even let me explain or speak — they simply kept saying “no” and had already made up their mind without listening to anything I had to say. It felt disrespectful and very unprofessional.If the host had concerns about gatherings, those rules should have been clearly communicated from the beginning — not hours before arrival. Canceling on guests at the very last minute based on assumptions is unacceptable.I would not recommend this host to anyone looking for reliability, communication, or respectful treatment.
