Newly remodeled beach house, located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by tropical vegetation. The house is only 1 mile and just a 2 minute drive to beautiful Nokomis beach, with plentiful parking. On the beach you can find shark teeth, sea shells, enjoy refreshments from the snack bar and watch breath taking sunsets. This home is close to restaurants, ice cream shops and bait stores for all fishing needs. Fishing locations may be found nearby, such as the North and South Jetty, as well as the Venice fishing pier.

Our house has everything you need for a great vacation. Inside, you will find new furniture and a beautifully remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for your every need. A washer and dryer is also provided. You will find linens, towels and an initial supply of kitchen and bath supplies to get you by until your first trip to the store. The main bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a queen size bed with twin size bunk beds. In the sunroom you will also find a pull out queen size sleeper sofa with gel memory foam mattress. There is also a second bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms and living room are appointed with flat screen TV's with YouTubeTV 100+ channels, and the entire home has high speed wifi.

In the backyard you will find seating with patio table and a new stainless steel grill for your every need. There are 6 beach chairs and an umbrella for your beach needs. Two bikes are also provided. This home is located near Legacy Bicycle Trail, several golf courses, beautiful shark tooth beaches, and restaurants. Come enjoy this wonderful home to experience local culture and lifestyle.

Wonderful place!

We had a great time in Nokomis! The house is exactly as expected. It is in a fantastic location (less than 5 minutes from the beach), with free parking at the beach and everywhere else in the Nokomis/Venice area. The Publix supermarket is also within 5 minutes driving. The house was recently renovated, and all facilities and appliances are new. The host is always available to answer questions. Beach chairs and umbrellas are conveniently available. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

Wedding 2023

We rented this as overflow capacity for our wedding. I stayed here myself the night before my wedding and got ready here. It's a very nicely appointed rental, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, very cute kitchen. I live in the neighborhood and drive by this house every day and it will be a nice reminder of my wedding day every time I see it. Great location, walking distance to the beach and Pop's/Pelican Alley. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Best vacation ever

We stayed here in August and absolutely loved it. It was very clean and such a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has everything you need. We were able to fit 6 people comfortably. The beach is incredible there are no big hotels in the area so the beach isn’t crowded at all even by the public entrance. When we went the water was so warm and calm, I have never seen water so crystal clear. You don’t need to walk far from the parking lot and there is a concession stand and bathrooms nearby. We saw manatees come right up to the shore and the kids loved finding shark teeth on the beach. Overall our favorite vacation we have had in the last 20 years! Would highly recommend Sveta’s place and are planning on coming back next year.
