It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a terrace, and the other two with 90-cm beds; the total capacity is 7 people, with an extra bed in the living room; separate kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, capsule coffee maker, kitchenware, etc. It also has direct access to a convenient clothesline, two recently renovated full bathrooms with showers, and a living-dining room with a TV, Wi-Fi, heating, an elevator, and !!!!plenty of natural light.!!!!!!! In addition, the house includes a garage space (for 1 vehicle) located in the building’s basement with access via the elevator, as well as shared outdoor parking spaces.
