The Accommodation

We offer this family home for rent in a residential area, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for your understanding.
The house has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6, and is accessed through a large private garden.
On the garden level, you will find:
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (1 bed 90x190 and 1 bed 120x190)
- Living room ideal for reading or playing with the children
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet

On the lower level:
- Large, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic necessities, etc.) with a central island and dining area. The courtyard overlooking the kitchen is not accessible as it is used by the owners who occupy the adjoining house. The entire property is at your disposal.
You will access the house from the first floor, from the garden. The courtyard overlooking the kitchen is not accessible as it is used by the owners who occupy the adjoining house. For outdoor dining, you will need to go upstairs to access the garden.
The town of Noizay is in the heart of the Loire Valley and the Vouvray wine appellation, an ideal central location for visiting the Loire Valley châteaux and vineyards. The nearest châteaux are 10 minutes away.
