Our house on 2 levels, is located 100 meters from the beach of the Lutins, and 5 minutes walk from the port of l'Herbaudière. The house is composed of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (brand new) dining room under a veranda overlooking beautiful wooden terrace and the garden.<br>The house is composed of 4 bedrooms:<br>- A bedroom with 2 single beds and its bathroom on the first floor and its bathroom (with sink, toilet and bath) <br>- A bedroom on the 1st floor with a 160 cm double bed, and its private bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin<br> - A bedroom on the 1st floor with 2 single beds of 90 cm and its bathroom with toilet, shower, sink. <br>- A bedroom opening onto the terrace with a 140 cm bed, with its private bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink) <br>Living room with a sofa bed, TV, games console, many board games and books<br>a kitchen and dining room in a very bright veranda<br>A courtyard in front of the house with its petanque court
