Villa Irma with private pool

Beautiful villa with swimming pool and large outdoor spaces, located in the countryside of Noci, a small town known for its wine culture in the hinterland of Puglia.



Villa Irma, which is spread over one floor, opens onto a living room with a fireplace, a TV and a double sofa bed, behind which there is the dining area and an arched opening to the well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both furnished with a queen size bed and a wardrobe. A full bathroom with tub completes the accommodation.



The added value is represented by the outdoor spaces: surrounded by a countryside and a large garden with swimming pool, Villa Irma also has a large parking area, a furnished patio and a barbecue for delicious dinners to be enjoyed in the open air.



The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.



Guests will benefit from two outdoor parking slots inside the property.

Moving north guests will find Alberobello with its typical “trulli” (26 km) and Castellana Grotte (26 km), together with Polignano a Mare (54 km), known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic", that leaves people speechless, with its crystal clear waters and rock embroidered with cavities carved by the sea. Further north guests will find the city of Trani (98 km), with its breathtaking scenery, rich in history and harmonious architectural lines, an ancient maritime fortress from the Swabian period, and Bari (67 km) with the Basilica of San Nicola, the area of Bari Vecchia, the Norman-Swabian Castle and the Lungomare Nazario Sauro.
