La posizione centrale e la disponibilitĂ  di parcheggio rende questa struttura interessante per un soggiorno di pochi giorni a Nizza. Gli appartamenti dotati di cucina sono molto comodi per chi preferisce non mangiare sempre fuori. Nota negativa il forte odore di chiuso, che insieme al mobilio molto classico, dava una sensazione di datato.

Gut ist die Lage. Schlecht: In der Rezeption brökelt der Putz von der Wand, die Zimmer sind speziell durch die Gewölbedecken. Das Bad renoviert, aber die Dusche sehr eng. Haben wir nicht genutzt, da das Wasser nicht einmal lau warm wurde. Absolutes NoGo war das durchgelegene Schlafsofa, das als Bett genutzt werden musste. RĂŒckenschmerzen vorprogrammiert

Bei Luigi war es - wie gewohnt - sehr erholsam und schön. Der altehrwĂŒrdige Palazzo liegt sehr zentral, und der Gastgeber ist in allem sehr bemĂŒht, den GĂ€sten den Aufenthalt so bequem wie möglich zu gestalten!

Trevligt och bekvÀmt boende mitt i Nizza Monferrat

Vi bodde hĂ€r i tre nĂ€tter med vĂ„rt 2Âœ Ă„riga barnbarn. För att fĂ„ det bĂ€sta boendet, för oss tre, hade jag under bokningsproceduren, kontakt med Ă€garen Luigi Giolito. Han var mycket vĂ€nlig och tillmötesgĂ„ende och vi fick vĂ€lja vilken lĂ€genhet vi ville ha. PĂ„ hemsidan finns bilder och information om alla lĂ€genheterna. Vid ankomst mötte oss en mycket vĂ€nlig och trevlig Luigi. Han visade runt och informerade oss om boendet, som Ă€r ett Guesthouse. Detta innebĂ€r bla att man inte stĂ€dar och byter handdukar varje dag. Man klarar sig sjĂ€lv och Luigi finns till hands. Köket i lĂ€genheten fungerar bra. Vatten, kaffe och the finns pĂ„ plats. LĂ€genheten, nr 17, Ă€r luftig och vĂ€l fungerande. Det var lugnt och tyst om nĂ€tterna. Bilen parkerade vi pĂ„ gĂ„rden som alltid Ă€r lĂ„st. Hissen tog oss frĂ„n markplanet upp till vĂ„ningsplanet. Luigi var mycket uppmĂ€rksam och angelĂ€gen om att vi skulle ha det bra. I priset ingĂ„r en italiensk frukost, pĂ„ Bar Centro, i samma hus. Även dĂ€r blev vi mycket vĂ€l bemötta och vĂ€lkomnade. Det var trevligt att bo hĂ€r med vĂ„rt lilla barnbarn. Han blev mycket uppmĂ€rksammad. Wi fi fungerade dĂ„ligt i lĂ€genheten. Duschhörnan fungerade bra men kunde ha varit lite större.

Sehr zentral gelegen - zum einen fast in der FußgĂ€ngerzone mit zahlreichen schönen, kleinen Cafes, zum anderen im Monferrato-Gebiet, um schöne Weine zu verkosten und zu kaufen.
