My name is Scott Pumper and I stayed in 214
from 4-10-26 pm to 4-12-26 am.
The staff had to come in right away as the smoke alarm was going off.
The lady on duty came in and couldn’t get it to stop so the man on duty came in after having to ask him twice.
He finally changed the batteries and it worked fine after that.
Later the tv remote didn’t work so he came up and got it fixed.
We left the room Sunday morning before 11:00 am and asked the same guy if it was set up to return my deposit and if we were all good.
He mumbled something about having to fix a hot tub before he could help me on my request which was very odd.
We left the room in good shape and it was tidy.
After we drove off I later saw an email or text stating what we needed to do in the room before we left.
We followed everything as it is what we always do which is put the garbage in the cans and put the used towels in the bathroom together.
I was at a wedding the night before and didn’t see the text and one last thing said to pull the sheets and blankets off the bed which I have never heard in my life!
I expect my deposit back and only what I owed from your original quote to be charged.
There also was no do not disturb sign so had to track him down again for that and Sunday morning at the desk he also mentioned gratuity which was ridiculous as they did nothing to deserve gratuity.
I normally leave tips but not under these circumstances!
The first night there it smelled like marijuana badly but not in our room.
