LODGE MONDO is a small inn surrounded by mountains and the sea on the Izu PeninsulaThe dining room is organically decorated with 8 types of trees A wooden deck made by scraping together a single large board private rooms all designed with different wood and colors We used most of the wood we cut from the mountains for the interiorThe hot water supply to the bathroom and the heating in the building use a wood boiler that uses trees cut down for maintenance of the forest / A whole building with 7 rooms each designed with Izu trees
