Stumbled onto this place when I could not find a place slopeside. Lucky to have done so. Better to be here just off the center of town with much more to do than slopeside. Place was immaculate and exquisitely thought out. Cannot imagine a friendlier more helpful staff. Eateries were well thought out and designed, and a lot of fun. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Niseko.

The hotel is a bit old. The location is great except we couldn't get a booking at any of their three good restaurants and we were there for a week. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Overall it was an 8/10.

A very good hotel with friendly service staff. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, but the problem is that the coating in the frying pan in the kitchen has been damaged for a long time. It was discovered last time but it seems that it has not been replaced, so I dare not use it. I hope it can be improved in the future。
