Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The walls and floors are paper thin, every room is so loud. Asked to move to a quieter room and was put directly below renovations and construction, which was even louder. Crazy. Should be non smoking but smell cigarettes coming through vents.

The window cannot be locked and was blown open by winds. Ended up having to change to another room late at night. Then the toilet of the new room has a rather unpleasant urine odour. But staff was excellent. World class service and deserve the highest praise.
