주변의 리조트중 일반적인듯 합니다. 일단 쉬로 간 여행이였는데 너무 사람이 많고. 다른 리조트에 비해 모든게 무료대여가 아니라 다 비용이 나오는., 리조트내에 행사나 참여할수 있는 프로그램도 없고, 다시 가진 않을거 같아요.

Hotel facility is good. We had the room facing the lake which was amazing. Many green surrounding the complex. We booked e executive room and could access the lounge for happy hour and drink. It was pity that the food collection was rather limited. There was not even peanuts available for the cocktail. Rest was perfect; helpful waiters.

暖氣不熱，出風口的位置正好對著床頭，頭部吹了一小時的風就受不了關掉空調了。冰箱完全不冷，沒法存放冷藏食品，客房服務借紅酒杯跟開瓶器，等了半小時，慢也就算了，還分了兩次送，放了一台膠囊咖啡機，但是沒有膠囊⋯⋯⋯

酒店坐落在離市中心較遠的地方，車程大概45分鐘，在東錢湖畔，環境優美，酒店整體員工服務態度都很好，spa服務也不錯，但第一晚在酒店中餐廳用餐時，我們下午已預訂了7位用餐，到達餐廳時，客人也不多，但那部長安排我們坐在一張放了6個位的6人枱，我說我們訂了7位的，她只說加多一個位就可以，我們坐下後，覺得有點逼，而且枱面根本不能放下多少菜餚，我們自己在後面找到一張8人枱，要求她換，但她硬說這張景色好，其實已是晚上七點多，天色已暗，跟本看不到景色，我們堅持更換，最激氣是她還說，我沒有不給你們換，態度不好！就因為一個員工表現，令這次入住印象變差。

To get at the hotel was an adventure!!! Can't find it!!! Super hidden non sense! Check in was okay, no service to get luggage at the room clerk just drop us at the elevator and see you later not even floor number!!! Had to chase to ask! Real Estate outstanding beside you pretty much can't see the lake as advertised and name is carries!! Indoor Swimming pool very nice, gym not too bad could be bigger and more tools! Nice playground for kids! Must have a car! Get with locals to get a good food!
