Very welcoming reception and incredibly helpful and friendly staff particularly from Frank, I believe was his name. The room was in OK shape there were a few cracked tiles, the shared bathrooms were dirty and in the middle of being renovated so exposed brick, plaster etc. Also lacking the small details such as a mirror or soap (both were in the room but if you need the toilet on the way out there's no soap to wash your hands with). Lots of winding stairs too so not for those with small kids or disabled.

Hôtel à eviter. Nuits difficiles. Pas d'isolation

Lavabo avec des cheveux à mon arrivée.tuyauteride la douche mal nettoyée. Eau très froide.je n'ai pas pu prendre de douchle l'eau était gelée.Les escaliers en colimaçons et raides, très pénible à monter.la telcommande de la télé sale et poisseuse. Télé qui affichait impossible d'avoir les chaines. Et odeur de cigarettes.

Pas d’ascenseur, pas d’aide pour monter les bagages. Toilettes sur les paliers , surplus pour des toilettes dans la chambre. Chambre petite avec une télévision mais chaînes restreintes. Après 19h , personne a l’accueil jusqu’au lendemain 9h ? Déprimant.

Le dessous des lits est sale, l'évacuation de l'évier et douche laisse à désirer. Bruyant car ancienne fenêtre pas isolé. Enfin il est noté sur le mail d expédia que l'arrivée se ferai à 11h mais le samedi nous sommes arrivé à 11h30 et sur la porte d'entre il est noté que l'accueil n'ouvre qu'à 14h le week end, expédia ne mentionne pas cette vrai heure d'arrivée. Hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas (heureusement que la femme qui fait le menage et l'accueil est sympa et dévouée pour son travail sinon le reste c'est médiocre et très étonnant de la part d'expedia de référencer ce type d'hôtel)
