I liked everything except that the room was wxtremeky small. We were 3 and a dog and we could hardly move in the room. It was only one night stop in a longer car drive, so it was ok. But for a longer stay it would have been too inconvinient. But I can recommend it because it was very clean, personnel was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Attention le départ pour rendre la chambre n’est pas 12h mais 11h30 Max sous peine d’être coincé dans le parking car le code n’est plus fonctionnel pour sortir du parking et l’accueil est fermé .

Multiples problèmes électrique dans la chambre disjoncte à deux reprises mon mari électricien obligé de dépanner lui-même dans l'armoire électrique général de l'hôtel. 13 chambres n'avait plus de courant et pas de personnel technique la nuit pour faire le dépannage c'est le client lui-même qui doit se le faire non mais on marche sur la tête. De plus problème lors de notre arrivée le code d'accès du portail et du portillon ne fonctionne pas appelle assistance ça commencer mal donc là ça fait un peu beaucoup. Ce serait bien de faire un geste commercial et de faire un remboursement partiel du prix de la dignité

Bra övernattnings hotell för genomresa. Frukosten helt ok, rummet var rent, bra inhängnad parkering. Perfekt läge för oss med elbil, Tesla supercharger finns i hotellområdet.

Un bon hôtel.

Je ne savais pas que l'accueil était fermé entre 11 h et 17 h car instructions envoyés par mail et je ne les lis pas tous les jours. Heureusement, une employée m'a aidée à avoir le code d'accès à ma chambre. Bravo au personnel. Si soucis, il y a le Nîmotel, juste à côté pour aider la personne à gérer la borne, au niveau du portail. Il faudrait recevoir le code d'accès par SMS, beaucoup plus simple pour des personnes de mon âge (retraitée).

Experiência lamentável com hotéis.com

O hotéis.com enviou um código errado para nós, por e-mail. Chegamos no hotel para fazer o check-in , já estávamos cansados da viagem e em outro país. Check-in era às 14h. Não tinha ninguém no estabelecimento, deveríamos digitar um código. Digitamos o código que hotéis.com enviou. O código enviado estava incorreto. Ficamos do lado de fora em rua deserta sem saber o que fazer. Em resumo só conseguimos entrar no hotel às 17h e perdemos o tempo que iríamos visitar a cidade de Nîmes. Contando que estávamos pagando em euros e deixamos de visitar pontos turístcos para ficarmos presos nesta situação, foi realmente inconcebível. Espero que hotéis.com tenha alguma forma de se retratar.
