リーズナブルでバイキング形式の朝夕食も種類豊富です。 施設は全体的に古く、館内はホラーゲームのように薄暗いです。 大浴場と露天風呂がありますがそれぞれ別の階で、一度に利用するには一度着替えて移動する必要があり不便に感じます。 客室は和室にベッドが置いてあるタイプを利用しましたが、ベッドサイドにコンセントがあったのに、電源ケーブルがコンセントに刺さっておらず、ケーブルの届く範囲にコンセントがなく使用できませんでした。延長コードを用意していただけるとありがたかったです。 旅の目的を宿泊に重きを置きたい場合にはあまりおすすめできません。

鬼怒川温泉駅から徒歩10分くらいでした。施設は古いですが、大きなホテルで部屋も広くて 過ごし安かったです。 朝ご飯も美味しかったし温泉も広くて満足でした。

THE昭和ホテルって感じでした、値段なりでそれなりです。サービスは悪くなかったです。屋上露天風呂は良かったです。 客室の照明のなかにたくさん虫の死骸がいたのは虫とか苦手な方は嫌かも知れません。

建物が古いのは仕方ないが、メンテナンスもオペレーションも改善余地が多い 食事（バイキング）の質、種類は低価格なりで、満足度はかなり低い 食事会場の皿の多くが洗い残しあり、食事する前から食欲を無くすだろう 宿泊料金を安く設定してるとしても（3連休で高かったが）、お金を取ってサービスを提供する最低限のレベルを下回っていると感じた 温泉の泉質はいいかもしれないが、脱衣場は汚い 扇風機のカバーに蓄積したホコリに経営者の考え方が表れている気がした 値段で選ぶとしても心の準備は必要

予約する際の紹介ページはツインベッドだったが、当日平野に入ったらベッドではなく布団でした。畳の上の布団だと身体に合わないのでほとんど眠れず寝不足になって帰りました。ベッドでなければ宿泊予約しなかったので返金して欲しい。

年季が入っているので外観や内装は古いのですが、逆に昭和っぽさを感じられ私は好きでした。 温泉も貸し切りの露天風呂は予約が全然とれませんでしたが、大浴場も良かったです。 スタッフの方が優しい方が多く満足しました。 朝食もコロナ対策をしており、ビニール手袋を配布されて良かったです。 宿泊利用者に売店で使える500円クーポンを頂けたり、ポイントカードにポイント頂けたり満足しました。 また次回も利用したいと思いました。

安かろう悪かろう。

古いし汚い。フロントのトイレに便が付いておりトイレットペーパーはゼロ。ゴミ箱も満杯。 古くてもゴミや掃除をキチンとして清潔であれば気持ちいいが、、、 バス送迎が付いてるのは良かった。 バス送迎付きで、この金額なら、まあ仕方ないか、と言う感じ。 窓からの眺望は良かった。
