Fantastic facilities...pool,sauna and a wonderful pool. Add in a 5 star restaurant and you can't go wrong. The free airport shuttle was a great service.

Absolutely horrendous & shameful treatment

Terrible. Booked for the wrong day, FOUR months in advance. Contacted the hotel immediately to change the date and not only did they not change the date, they would not cancel the reservation! Then 4 months later they have the gall to send me an email asking how I enjoyed the stay that I was charged for and never had the chance to use. This hotel is clearly only interested in Money and have a zero tolerance for booking mistakes, absolutely horrid customer service in this day and age...especially when extreme advanced warning was given. Will never come here or recommend this hotel, ZERO customer service, ZERO for business management and ZERO for friendliness or understanding. Too bad there is not a "Better Business Bureau" in Albania to keep businesses like this in check
