建物自体は新しくなさそうだが、新潟駅から近くて価格も安いので充分だと思う。本がたくさんあるのでのんびり滞在するのもよさそう

1箔の費用が税込みで2000円ほどの料金で利用させていただきました。 深夜発の高速バスを待つために泊まるのではなく休憩の形で利用しました。 良い点 ①本棚の奥にあるベッドの雰囲気 布団、枕もキレイ。 ②シャワー室（無料）と、トイレが清潔 ③レンジ、湯沸かしポットあり。 ④コーヒー（インスタント）など無料で楽しめる。 ⑤受付が無人のため16時から翌日11時の間であれば、チェックインとアウトの時刻に制限なく、自由である。夜中に出入り出来る。 悪い点 ①WEB予約決済後のメールはあるが、 無人エントランスを通過するための暗証番号がメールでなく、エントランスの扉面に貼り付けられた暗証番号の書かれた紙切れであることが、他の方も紙切れを見ることが出来暗証番号を知ることが出来るので不安に感じた。
