The Space:
Maison La Roussette is a spacious and cozy vacation home in the heart of Nieuwpoort. Upon entering, you will immediately discover the large, tastefully decorated living room with an open kitchen. The living room features a comfortable seating area and a dining table with room for eight people, perfect for cozy evenings together. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of workspace and a large kitchen island, ideal for aperitifs and going through the day together.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate room with a relaxing sauna. In this room you will also find a toilet and a washing machine that can be used during your stay.

On the second floor is the spacious terrace, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy after a day at the beach. On this floor there is also a large bathroom with a double sink, a bathtub, a shower and a toilet. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a connecting bedroom with a double bed, ideal for families with children.

The second floor offers two more spacious bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, while the other bedroom has a double bed and a cozy little lounge where you can take a break.

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
