Gîte located in the farmhouse of a mixed farming farm, in an old restored stable and in a rustic and stylish atmosphere, we welcome you in an independent gîte between Calais and St Omer. 2 minutes from Ardres and its lake, supermarket 1 km away, you will discover the charm of the countryside with its many activities. Ideal for a couple with 1 young child. You can enjoy the private enclosed garden of 200 m2, the barbecue, walks (river).many pets including horses. Possibilities of accompanied activities, discovery of cultivation practices (fields, tractors,...). Pets allowed (on request).

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I physically cannot express my displeasure with this place. Staff are useless don't help in the slightest. The list of things included is a total lie. The kitchen appliances don't work properly, the TV broke and they don't even try to rectify this and they don't provide the basics such as towels for showering and toilet paper. At the end of our stay we were told to clean the house basically from top to bottom which means they don't then clean after us, bearing in mind the house was dusy and dirty when we came. The place claims to be pet friendly but your dog is not aloud on the sofa, bed or even the upstairs and cannot enjoy a garden because the chickens roam around freely antagonising your pet. This place was a complete disappointment and we will not be returning. Had to give 1 star because 0 is not an option! The host messaged us to say the TV was working yet we have photos to prove it wasn't!

Très bon accueil malgré l'heure un peu tardive d'arrivée (21H30). Dominique est joviale et dès qu'il y avait un petit soucis (ampoule à changer) tout était fait de suite. Le gîte était propre et agréable, dans la cuisine la vaisselle et appareils électroménagers en grande quantité. Literie impeccable. Les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes et ne sont pas intrusifs. Bref très bon séjour si on peut on reviendra
