The interior layout is as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, dining table, TV, split A/C, and access to Balcony I;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa and single sofa bed;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, dresser, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with a double bed, clothes rack, TV, and access to Balcony II;
- BATHROOM I with a tub/shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower, washing machine, sink, and toilet;
- BALCONY I with a small table;
- BALCONY II.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: central heating with boiler, split-system air conditioning (one in the kitchen and one in Bedroom I), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.
This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to submit the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Catania Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: EUR 25
From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 30
Check-in is not possible after midnight, even for an additional fee.
In the event of improper waste disposal in violation of the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of €150 will be charged.
