One block from the local brewery with trivia game nights! Niceville children's park, dog park, local arcade, and hiking at Turkey Creek Nature trail all within minutes!

2 bedroom, 1 bath unit in approx. 900 sq foot duplex with private entry, washer and dryer, large backyard (no grass, mainly sand), doggy door for small dogs (**dogs 30 lbs and under only allowed in this unit unless otherwise approved for in writing**). 2 carport spaces available (one covered parking spot and one spot behind covered parking)
