What I liked was the price. What I didn’t like was how unclean it was and driving up to the property was a little bit of a hazard. Also, the smell wasn’t too pleasant, and then I was misled because I was informed through the advertisement or the listing that I would have the entire house to myself, and that was not the case even though I was only renting one room it said in the listing, I would have the entire house to myself, which was not true.

Good location for our purpose of the trip. Very quiet and felt safe the entire stay. The room was nice and we were able to rest well. No beach gears available if you’re staying on the second floor. The shower draining slow. Hope it gets fixed for the future guests. Bring a wash cloth, shower gel/soap, and hair dryer, etc. if you must have them. The A/C was awesome in the room we stayed in. The fridge in the room was great! Overall satisfactory.
