Ideally located in the highly sought-after Val Fleuri neighborhood, in the heart of Cagnes-sur-Mer. A 5-minute drive from the beaches (about a 20-minute walk), close to many shops, and a 10-minute drive from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.

A 25-square-meter independent studio, fully equipped, very bright, and quiet.
The annex has its own private outdoor terrace with a barbecue available. Queen-size bed, reversible air conditioning, linens provided (sheets + towels).
The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchenware. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet.

We have a spa on-site, open to the public and Airbnb guests at a discounted rate.
We offer a unique relaxation experience through sensory deprivation thanks to the floatation tank and floatation pod (see photos), as well as massages.

Very beautiful and lovingly furnished. The hostess gave us a very friendly welcome and the details provided also made us very happy. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly. Unfortunately, we were only passing through. I hope next time I can enjoy the floating tank with my partner, which is perfect for a long weekend in Nice.

De passage, nous avons passé une bonne nuit dans ce logement conforme à la description. Bien que petit, il est bien agencé et nous a convenu parfaitement.
