Vence: a lively town in a prime location

Vence is a vibrant, tourist-friendly town with markets, events, and festivities throughout the year. You’ll enjoy the charm of a Provençal town while being ideally situated to explore the French Riviera.

The town center, shops, restaurants, and public transportation are all about a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.

What if you’re coming without a car?

That’s also possible!

There’s a bus stop about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The Vence–Cagnes-sur-Mer route makes it easy to reach the coast. The network also serves various areas of the French Riviera.

From the Cagnes-sur-Mer train station, you can then take the train to destinations such as Antibes and Nice; the rail network also allows you to continue exploring the French Riviera all the way to Monaco and the Italian border, depending on routes and connections.

So you can easily stay at Les Matines Provençales and visit the French Riviera without having to use your car every day.

A 60 m² detached villa, fully renovated, bright, and air-conditioned, sleeping 2 to 4 people.

You have your own private entrance, terrace, and outdoor space.

At the end of the day, simply settle in on the terrace for a drink and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Here, you can also just do nothing… and it feels great.

Just a few steps from the villa, enjoy a private outdoor space that’s secluded and not shared with other guests.

A 2.5 × 5 m pool, 1.20 m deep, perfect for cooling off, relaxing, and making the most of beautiful sunny days.

Available depending on weather and temperatures, generally from May through October. Included in your stay at no extra charge.

Meals can be tailored to your preferences based on what’s available at the time.

Free parking on the gated and secure property.

The access road is residential and relatively narrow but suitable for standard-sized vehicles. For large vehicles or utility vehicles, free parking spaces are also available on the driveway in front of the property.
