very nice studio fully equipped with air conditioning in a small dead end and a south facing terrace. all the facilities are new The train station is 10 minutes walk and the airport 10 minutes by car, the bus stop 1mn. Provision of two bicycles. A 5 minute walk to the beach and the port of Saint Laurent du Var very lively (restaurant, pub). provision of towels, hair dryer. Cot on request

This property is not the greatest place I've stayed , but it was clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It is VERY well situated for local restaurants and bars and public transport.

Très bien accueilli par Christophe. Studio propre et tres fonctionnel. Pas trop mal placé (il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes pour se rendre à la plage). Au calme. Literie moyenne. Sinon, c'est parfait.

Notre hôte était présent pour nous accueillir,il a répondu à nos demandes. L'endroit permettait un accès rapide au train et bus et est donc conseillé pour un court séjour a deux.

Un appartement chouette et propre très bien située pour découvrir la région. Tout était comme décris. Le propriétaire est super arrangeant et très gentil. Je reviendrais avec plaisir. Super vacances

Réservé pour quelques jours et tout était parfait. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et était propre à notre arrivé. Christophe le propriétaire est très accueillant et s'est arrangé avec nous pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ vraiment nickel. L'appartement est proche de la mer et du ter ce qui nous a permis de découvrir les villes alentoures. En résumé j'ai passé un très bon séjour.
