It’s okay to stay for one night, no kettle, no microwave. Will charge you 4 Euros for tea Outdated but seems to be clean. Not the best beach near by. It was quiet and there’s a balcony.

Hotel highly recommended as a base for a tour of the French Riviera and for visiting Nice. the hotel is not in the city center but is a short walk from both the beach and the cap3000 shopping centre. Buses leave from here for the center of Nice. The staff is kind, smiling and always available. Large and well kept room.

Sterne-Bewertung: ⭐⭐ (2/5) ​ ​Lage: Unschlagbar! Nur 2 Minuten zum Sandstrand und 3 Minuten zur Einkaufsmeile mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Nizza und Monaco sind mit dem Zug hervorragend erreichbar. ​Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ​Parkplatz: Praktisch direkt hinter dem Hotel vorhanden. ​Badezimmer: Das Bad und WC wirkten relativ neu renoviert und waren sauber. ​ ​Zustand & Sauberkeit: Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer hatte Teppichboden, die Möbel waren staubig und die Bettwäsche sowie die Vorhänge waren gerissen. Sogar das Duschtuch war bei Ankunft verschmutzt. ​Sicherheit: Die Balkontüre ließ sich nicht verschließen und konnte von außen leicht aufgeschoben werden – für uns ein absolutes No-Go in puncto Sicherheit. ​Lärm & Licht: Die Straße ist Tag und Nacht extrem laut durch beschleunigende Autos. Da die Umgebung stark beleuchtet ist, musste man die Vorhänge schließen, was die Luft im Zimmer (Fenster zu wegen Lärm) sehr stickig machte. ​Frühstück (12€): Leider absolut enttäuschend. An einem Tag war das Frühstück bereits um 06:30 Uhr ungekühlt auf ein Tisch gedeckt (weiche Butter, warmer Joghurt). Die Butter war zudem bereits seit Tagen abgelaufen. Es gab kein Auswahl; Man bekam lediglich ein vorportioniertes Stück Baguette und ein Schokocroissant. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Fazit: Wer nur für die Lage kommt und keinen Wert auf Komfort, Ruhe oder ein gutes Frühstück legt, ist hier richtig.
