Bring the family to our large apartment on the east side of Nice!

The apartment has a large open-plan kitchen and living area, as well as a lovely balcony for taking in the late evening sun over a glass of wine. No air conditioning, but gets a great cross breeze & our building is shaded.

We live here all year round with our young son, and we love how safe and quiet it is!

Tram (St Jean d'Angely) and regional train (Nice Riquier) stations are within a 10-minute walk.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.
