Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 60 m². WiFi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sleeping area with double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A shared 60m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days, facing west
- A shared enclosed garden with fruit trees, 60m²

The apartment is located on the garden level, one level below the entrance to the property.

The apartment is ideally located in Nice, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Enjoy Carras beach, just a few minutes' walk away, for a swim or a sunbathing session.
- Swim a few laps at the Jean Médecin swimming pool, accessible in 15-20 minutes by tram.
- Stroll through Old Nice and explore its colorful streets, shops, and markets, 20-30 minutes away by tram.
- Relax in Phoenix Park, a 10-minute walk away, with its exotic gardens and large tropical greenhouse.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (space for one city car only).
