Super location for trans and train ( to Monaco) very quiet supermarket and eats nearby yes it is basic but very good value for a place to stay super view of the sea the tram is 10 stops to the main centre we felt it was better to stay here in the peace and quiet

Great value. Fantastic location, next to the airport. Reachable via the Tram from the airport or a nice 25 minutes walk. Staff was very friendly and professional. I only stayed for one night because of my flight schedules, but the close location to the Tram stops allowed me to go into town for dinner and check Nice. If needed , I will stay here again.

This was a great hotel for what we were looking for. Good price and we rented bikes Lime bikes and took them down to the promenade every day. It’s a good budget hotel and was very clean.

I only booked this place because I wanted to be close to an airport for my international flight the next morning and it ended up being the nicest place I stayed in for my month long stay in Europe! 40 min walk to the airport. I was by myself but I did get a good chuckle at the shower situation. Its not a separate room, just a curtain to divide you from the bed. Receptionist were a little frazzled and grumpy but they checked me in early and I was pleased with that!
