The accommodation
Independent villa on two floors facing south sea view with terraces, garden, swimming pool.

You will have:

- private parking in front of the house.

- a terrace with garden furniture and a dining area.

- an open space of 70 m2 with sea and hill views, including living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

- a south-facing balcony.

- a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x 190cm, a large storage cupboard overlooking the garden.

- a second bedroom with 1 King Size bed 160 x 200cm, a large dresser, a television and a large dressing room, all overlooking the garden.

- a third bedroom with 1 bed 140x200cm, a storage cupboard and a separate bathroom with bathtub.

- a large bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub and a shower.

The accommodation has a toilet with washbasin on each floor.

Garden side:

- a 5.50x 3.30 m swimming pool with wooden terrace

- a set of deckchairs / umbrellas / towels and mules for 6 people.

- a dining area with large table (6 armchairs), parasol and gas barbecue.

- a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a set of dishes.

- A fitness area is at your disposal including 1 treadmill, a bike, and various accessories (yoga mat etc).

All sheets, duvets, pillows, pillowcases, towels, bath towels, mules are provided.

- Note that Minette will be present during your stay. She is a very nice and independent cat who does not require any special attention, except a little water, kibble and cuddles.
Traveler access
You will have access to the entire accommodation and the exteriors.

Possibility of mid-stay cleaning beyond 7 nights, including linen replacement, as well as house cleaning on request
